Ordering & Payment

Payment
If you have bulk purchase needs, please contact us (sales@xautofabric.com). Our standard payment term is 30% as a deposit, and 70% balance paid before shipment.
For special options, please discuss with your account manager. PayPal and bank transfers are both acceptable.

Delivery time
The samples will be shipped by USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the order quantity and urgency.
It takes 15-20 working days for USPS, and 5-7 working days for express services such as FedEx.

Shipping by sea takes 30-40 days.

If by express, freight will be pre-collected and recorded on the invoice.
If you have your own express account, we can also use receiver pay.
Orders may take longer to process during inclement weather, emergencies, or peak seasons.

Track your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number or B/L. We cannot guarantee the estimated delivery time received from the carrier.
