Damages and issues
At X Auto Fabric, we take quality seriously. All our fabric undergoes a thorough assessment using the standardized Fabric Inspection System, a widely recognized industry standard for evaluating fabric defects.
Fabric is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets industry standards.
Minor variations, standard allowances, and industry-accepted imperfections do not qualify for returns.
Cut or altered fabric cannot be returned.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged beyond the inspection standards, so we can make it right.
All claims will be considered null and void if the fabric from the order has been cut or altered in any way.
In the rare case that you’ve received the incorrect fabric, kindly contact our support team so that they may quickly resolve the issue.
